Elyka is built and run by PC Onsite IT Solution Ltd, an Auckland IT company that has looked after small businesses and schools since 2004. We're an Anthropic partner, and Elyka runs on Claude, Anthropic's AI.
If we already host your website, setup takes us minutes. If something needs changing, you call or email a real person who knows your business.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so. Then it offers to take the visitor's name and number so you can get back to them. It only answers from your website, your FAQs and the documents you give us, so it won't make up prices or promises.
Will it work on my website?
Yes, if your site is on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce or plain HTML. WordPress gets a plugin, Shopify gets an app, and everything else takes one line of code. If PC Onsite hosts your site, we install it for you.
Will it look like my business?
Yes. We use your name, logo, colours and greeting. On the Business and Commerce plans you can also hide the small “Powered by Elyka” link.
What if we have a really busy month?
Your assistant keeps answering. We email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan. Extra conversations are $20 per 1,000 plus GST, or you can move up a plan.
Where do the chats go, and how long are they kept?
Leads go straight to your email or CRM. We keep conversations for 90 days so you can read them, then delete them. Before we delete them, we email you a copy.
Who looks after it once it's live?
We do. PC Onsite is based in Auckland. When your prices, services or hours change, we update your assistant and check it answers correctly ($90 per update, plus GST).
